They say that talent and players get you to state...then coaching takes over...oops. But they never say it in front of us... But congratulations to the 2004 softball team....It was a great year. 17 wins in a row..... Regional Champion for the third consecutive time....Sectional Champion for the first time..... 22 wins for the most ever by a Grantsburg team.. and great stories to remember... The season ends 9-1...... What a great year!

You don't survive 15 hits and 9 errors and beat anyone.. I don't know which surprises me more but the WF team had a great game and we didn't... We placed our cards on the table and we got whupped. It is just a reminder that there is always room for improvement. Brodhead beat WF 2-1 in the finals.... Rice Lake won division 2 4-0... So congratulations to all the locals....It was a good year....

Can you believe that three of our players will be staying in the WF town for three days.... Way to go Matt Berg...We finally figured out where the town actually is... I guess they flexed their mussels..and now we are sending players to remove them.

In the next few days, I will be adding some pictures and stories...For now, I will only add a few things.... So keep coming back and you will find more....
